Downtown Austin Garden Wedding

April 19, 2020

Michele and Bryan’s wedding at The Allan House offered the perfect mix of classy downtown wedding with a touch of Victorian garden party charm. The wedding design elements were classic and sophisticated with spunky surprises for their guests scattered throughout. Their tented wedding ceremony was framed with beautiful soft colored pink, white, and peachy toned flowers, by Remi and Gold. The florals for this garden dream were truly breathtaking. For the reception the soothing florals were carried throughout with hints of greenery and glass encased taper candles for the head table. Inside the house welcome and seating chart signage were true stand outs as they were custom made by The Bride’s Father!

The Bride and Groom’s attire for the day fit the southern charm of the garden party aesthetic with a taste of modern day Victorian Gatsby class. Michele and Bryan had us swooning at every twirl, dip and kiss.

As the romantic Ceremony wrapped and the dancing commenced Michele and Bryan’s elegant garden wedding turned into an elegant garden…dance party! Guests were greeted with their first surprise: glow sticks, and flashing sunglasses. The crowd was quickly brought to their feet by charismatic DJ Nick Ruiz, owner of Hype Rhythm and incredible Drummer, Chris Gray. For an additional treat for their guests the night ended in true Texas fashion, late night delivery of the one and only Whataburger honey butter chicken biscuit completed with a sparkler send off. Their wedding aesthetic showcased what a fun couple Michele and Bryan truly are!

Thanks to Paige Vaughn Photography we can look back at this gorgeous couple’s day and all the wonderful moments. Sarah Brotherton, Contributor
